Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
Short version: Tally collects no data. Your Events stay on your devices and in your own iCloud.
Who we are
Tally is made by Kamil Kompala, an independent developer. Contact: support@days-tally.app.
What the app stores
The Events and Widget Designs you create (names, emoji, colors, dates, times and settings) are stored on your device. We never receive them.
iCloud sync
If iCloud is on for Tally, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit, in your private iCloud database. Apple stores it under Apple's privacy policy, and we cannot read it. You can turn sync off in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, iCloud.
Notifications
Day-of notifications are scheduled on your device by iOS. No server is involved.
What we don't do
No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs and no accounts. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may show us anonymous usage totals and crash reports. They do not identify you.
Nothing for sale
Tally has no purchases, ads or subscriptions.
Support emails
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We delete the conversation once the matter is closed.
This website
No cookies, no analytics and no access logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which uses your IP address only to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Children
Tally is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and have it deleted. In practice that is only support emails: write to support@days-tally.app. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
